Mall Security in Mumbai, Done Properly
Malls need a visible, courteous, consistent security presence from the parking ramp to the top-floor food court. We deploy mixed teams: male and female guards at entry frisking lines, floor patrols coordinated by radio, parking marshals, and a control-room operator who watches the CCTV wall and dispatches the nearest guard.
Weekend footfall, festival sales and celebrity appearances need surge staffing. We maintain a trained reserve pool for malls so a Saturday in December is covered without pulling untrained staff. Loss-prevention support for anchor stores is available as an add-on.
